     Data from our collection of Peloponnesean populations have been released here.

 

     Data already published in Paschou et al 2014 (Paschou P., Drineas P., Yannaki E., Razou A., Kanaki K., Tsetsos F., Padmanabhuni S.S., Michalodimitrakis M., Renda M.C., Pavlovic S., Anagnostopoulos A., Stamatoyannopoulos J.A., Kidd K.K., Stamatoyannopoulos G. Additional data from the above table are available for research and educational purposes upon request, following the application process described below.

     1. List of populations for which the data is requested.

    2. Contact details, main degrees, and current position for all researchers who will have access to the requested data and brief CV for Coordinating Investigator.

     3. Brief outline (one page) of research plan inlcuding references to any arising ethical issues and how they will be addressed.

    4. Brief description of other datasets that may be used together with the requested data as part of the research plan.

     5. Statement about providing the following acknowledgement in any work where the data will be used "ARISTEIA II (4385: GENOMAP.GR) - Action of the Operational Programme Education and Lifelong Learning and is co-funded by the European Social Fund (ESF) and National Resources".

    6. Agreement to inform us (via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) about any publications where the requested data will be used.

    7. Statement confirming that the data will not in any case be shared with other researchers without our approval and will never be used for commercial purposes.

     Upon approval of the application, data will become availiable in a binary ped format
